Dasho Dzongda graced the closing of Capacity Development of LG functionaries program yesterday(10.03.2019) with signing MOU on RHASP and waste management for one year starting 10/4/19-10/4/20 between Gewog Administration & Dzongkhag Administration. The two day program was conducted at Phuentsholing Drungkhag with the fund support from DLG, MoHCA.
