Overview

Chhukha Dzongkhag is under the Ministry of Home & Cultural Affairs. 

Mandate of ICT is as given below:

  1. Frame ICT Acceptable Usage Policy.
  2. Facilitate ICT Services to Dzongkhag, Gewogs, Regional Offices and Community Centers
  3. Extend network to the Gewogs.
  4. Support development of reliable ICT infrastructure in the Dzongkhag,
  5. Improve digital literacy in the society.
  6. Develop sustainable and affordable ICT facilities and services for all Bhutanese to improve their living standard.
