The Basic Tailoring Training for the youth of Chhukha Dzongkhag opened in Jigmechu, Bongo Gewog, today. A total of 30 participants from the low-risk Gewogs participates in the training.
The training is for a duration of two months. Offtg. Dzongdag of Chhukha and Lam of Rinchentse Lhakhang opened the training.
The program is coordinated by the Economic Development sector with the objective to setup service centres in the Gewogs and to generate self-employment for the youth as part of Local Economic Development in the Dzongkhag.
