Sixth Dzongkhag Tshogdu of Second Local Government convened for two days starting from 13th August till 14th August. The program started with traditional offering of marchang and zhudray phuensum tshogpa in presence of monks from Dzongkhag Rabdey and ended by offering prayers for long life of His Majesty the King of Bhutan and for the well being of all sentient being. The Dzongkhag Tshogdu was attended by Dasho Dzongdag, Dasho Dzongrab , Dasho Dungpa, Local Government officials, GAOs, regional heads and sector heads . The honorable member of Parliament was also present on the first day as an observer.
